TablePlus alternative Edgely Database Manager
TablePlus is fast and pleasant, and its free tier stops you at a handful of open tabs and windows. Edgely Database Manager is equally native, equally quick, and free for personal use with every feature unlocked, schema comparison and migration included.

TablePlus is beautifully small, has a large driver list including SQLite and Redis, and its one-off licence with a year of updates suits people who dislike subscriptions. If you need an engine we do not ship, it wins by default.
Questions
Both are native, so both feel immediate. Edgely Database Manager is built on the same Rust core as Edgely Console, streams large result sets rather than loading them whole, and opens in about a second on a normal laptop.
Yes. Edgely Console and Edgely Database Manager are free and complete for personal use: every feature unlocked, no time limit, no nag screens, no account needed. A paid licence is required when a company uses them for work.
Yes, natively on all three. The Rust core compiles to native binaries and the Flutter UI is hardware-accelerated, so the same build runs on macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon), Windows 10 and 11, and Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora or Arch. A mobile companion ships on Android and iOS.
Edgely Console imports MobaXterm session exports (.mxtsessions), Remote Desktop Manager files (.rdm, .xml or .json) and Edgely's own .econ, .evlt, .efull and .eset exports. Other tools are typed in once for now. A MobaXterm or Remote Desktop Manager file brings the hosts, ports, users and folders, never the passwords those tools encrypt; Remote Desktop Manager's user names can also go into the vault, and an encrypted Edgely export or a password manager's CSV fills the vault directly. Whichever route you take, the credential lands in the encrypted vault on the device and is never uploaded.
Edgely Database Manager is free for personal use with every feature unlocked, on macOS, Windows and Linux.
